A Flight Information Display System (FIDS) is fundamental at every airport.

The IT department has added a web-based application to the existing standard- FIDS. It can be used from every device that has a web browser; no software installation or maintenance is required.

It is particularly within common-use environments a helpful tool. Handling agents use it at check-in and boarding desks to display ad-hoc information or special content.

The marketing of Web FIDS to third parties is economically very attractive, since in many areas, no dedicated hardware is required.

Potential Users are e.g. handling agents, security staff, customs and other authorities.
